Note: You may have issues getting the ticket number. Your next option is to call the Municipal Court.

- Ensure that you are making the payment between 4.30 and 23.15 EST. (Mondays to Thursdays)
- On Fridays, the portal is down at 10.15 PM; on Saturdays, the portal closes at 3.15 PM EST.
- On Sundays, the portal opens 1 PM and closes 11.15 PM.
